Cureight
Cureight by Hubbell & Hudson is an intimate, 25-seat restaurant offering eight-course meals plus wine pairings - curated, (hence, the name) by Austin Simmons, a Texas-born, Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef who will combine classical French technique with his love for simple, artistic dishes. The changing menu features modern American cuisine with global flavors. The meals will progress from a light shellfish course and continue through dishes such as in-house dry-aged beef, then conclude with a dessert course from pastry chef Nguyet Nguyen.
