The Woodlands Pavilion

The Pavilion strives to create an enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Guests with disabilities who are visiting The Pavilion may find the following information helpful. Please note, that while we make every effort to accommodate guests with disabilities, space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
Reserved seating is available in designated areas for the mobility impaired. You can purchase these tickets at The Pavilion Box Office, any Ticketmaster outlet, including Fiesta and select H-E-B locations or by phone through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or online at the Ticketmaster website.
If you are headed for the Gold lot (paid parking) as well as the free handicapped parking (with placard or plates) in the Gold and Silver (satellite) lots, turn right on Lake Robbins Drive (the street with the green suspension bridge); this is the most direct route (potentially very busy) to the parking lot closest to the pavilion.

Pavilion Paid Parking - GOLD LOT:

Parking at Town Center Garage on Six Pines Drive. Prepaid Preferred Parking in the Gold Lot / Town Center Parking Garage is only accessible via Six Pines; parking passes are available from Ticketmaster by phone at 800-745-3000 or ticketmaster locations or website; (these parking passes go OFF sale by phone/online 10 days before show date) afterwards they may be available via at any Ticketmaster Ticket Center including select, Walmart, Fiesta, and HEB stores until the day of the show, subject to availability. Free accessible parking is available on a 1st come basis in the adjacent gold lot with accessible plates or placards. Free Parking is available within walking distance to the facility off of Grogans Mill Rd. and Timberloch Place. For sold out performances parking is likely to be limited.
The free parking lots are connected to The Pavilion via pathways with colored coded signs all leading to the Pavilion. The lighted lots are also patrolled by CWMP personnel, the mounted patrol, as well as by Montgomery County Sheriff Department deputies. Accessible parking with permit, is available at the GOLD / VIP area and is other disables-parking areas, are not reservable hence, they are first come, first served.
Much of the closer, "free" parking is not available for those attending events at The Pavilion, such as the surface lots at Market Street and the Market Street parking garage. The Market Street parking area is normally patrolled by security personnel both on foot and in security vehicles. Other nearby areas, such as The Woodlands Mall parking lot as well as the parking garage next to Tinseltown 17, also do not allow for parking at concerts and other events at The Pavilion. Please do not park in areas that are posted as unavailable to attendees of Pavilion events.
For most events, parking lots open 90 minutes prior to the performance, while the Pavilion gates are opened 60 minutes prior to the performance. When it comes to getting to the pavilion from the assorted concert parking areas, the most obvious solution is to walk. Take note of which parking lot you are in - >Blue lot, Green lot, Yellow lot, Orange lot, or Gold lot (paid) and follow the signs to the pavilion. In recent years, we have seen a few American Rickshaw type services along with our favorite ride service, Go Green Eco Taxi. The bicycle-taxi drivers appear to be operated (in recent years) by more than once service and we are not aware of the cost for a ride back and forth between the pavilion and the various parking lots.
The Eco Taxi an electric cart ride service providing transportation throughout Town Center.
