In addition to all of the foregoing items, Montgomery County Precinct 3 Recycling & ReUse Facility operates the Precinct 3 Citizen's Collection Facility at 1122 Pruitt Road in Spring for many other types of recyclable waste. The facility is open Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Montgomery County holidays excluded.

Enhanced Curbside Recycling
For curbside pick-up, use the 96-gallon recycling cart with the yellow lid to place all your standard recyclables together, no sorting or bagging. Please rinse cans, bottles and containers. Only clean paper products are recyclable.
Please rinse containers, bottles, cans, and jars. Clean paper products only! Place recycling cart at the curb by 7 a.m. on your service day.

Other Recyclable Items
While everything that can be recycled cannot be placed in the residential recycle bins, there are several recycling centers in or near The Woodlands Texas. There may be other items which are eligible for recycling at this facility as well, and some on this list that are not available from time to time. Contact the Precinct 3 Recycling & ReUse Facility at 281.367 7283 281 367 SAVE (7283) to ensure the items you want to recycle are being accepted.
Some items for recycling at Precinct 3 Citizen's Collection Facility may incur a nominal fee; check the Precinct 3 fee schedule for pricing. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, certain household hazardous waste may also be recycled for a nominal fee. A complete list of Household Chemical Waste items accepted and not accepted can be found here.
