Change for Charity
Four Montgomery County charities will benefit from the thousands of dollars in change inserted in Market Street’s voluntary parking meters throughout the year as the shopping, dining and entertainment destination announces the beneficiaries of the annual Change for Charity program: CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County, Foundation for Autism Care, Angel Reach and Canopy at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands.
Market Street – The Woodlands is a 562,322 square foot outdoor lifestyle mixed-use property located in The Woodlands, Texas, approximately 25 miles north of Houston across from the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. The grocery anchored property contains 376,428 square feet of street level retail, combined with 115,894 square feet of Class A office space and a 70 room 70,000 square foot Hyatt Centric hotel. In addition, the project includes a 5 screen Cinema and 21 restaurants and eateries. Trademark Property Company manages the project, including development, leasing and property management services. Market Street is owned by a joint venture between an affiliate of Trademark Property Company and Institutional Mall Investors.
Town Center offers an outdoor-mall shopping experience be more to your liking, you can visit the Market Street Shopping Center, also in Town Center. Market Street is directly across Lake Robbins Drive from the Cynthia Woods Pavilion (CWMP). Market Street at Town Center offers several restaurants, retail stores such as Tiffany & Co., Brooks Brothers and Eddie Bauer, as well as a Cinemark Theater. Where once stood a miniature golf course is now the Hyatt Market Street Hotel.
The Woodlands Town Center Shopping District also includes stores like Office Max, Target and Best Buy, and other major retailers such as Ross, Marshalls, and The Container Store.
Beyond The Woodlands Town Center, there are over a dozen area shopping centers throughout The Woodlands, in all corners and within the community itself. Each Village has it's own center, anchored by a major grocery retailer - along with a broad variety of national, regional, and local retailers and specialty shops.
The Woodlands Mall, a well established Shopping Destination in the Greater Houston area, has continued to enhance its regional reputation. Located across the street from The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, Market Street is bound by Lake Woodlands Drive, Lake Robbins Drive, Grogan’s Mill Road and Six Pines Drive.
Market Street Town Center area features multiple restaurants, as well as bars & clubs including The Goose's Acre, Brio Tuscan Grille, The Cheesecake Factory, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Panera Bread, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, and then you have the food court on the second floor of the mall.
Market Street at The Woodlands offers Premiere Concierge Services including Complimentary Secure Package and Bag Check with 24/7 retrieval.
