Town Center The Woodlands offers an outdoor-mall shopping experience be more to your liking, you can visit the Market Street Shopping Center, also in Town Center. Market Street is directly across Lake Robbins Drive from the Cynthia Woods Pavilion (CWMP). Market Street @ Town Center offers several retail stores such as Tiffany & Co., Brooks Brothers, and Eddie Bauer. Where once stood a miniature golf course is now the Hyatt Market Street Hotel.
The Woodlands Town Center Shopping District also includes stores like Office Max, Target and Best Buy, and other major retailers such as Ross, Marshalls, and The Container Store. Beyond The Woodlands Town Center, there are over a dozen area shopping centers throughout The Woodlands, in all corners and within the community itself. Each Neighborhood Village has it’s own village center, anchored by a major grocery retailer – along with a broad variety of national, regional, and local retailers and specialty shops.
The Woodlands Mall, a well established Shopping Destination in the Greater Houston area, has continued to enhance its regional reputation. Nationally known names like anchor stores Macy’s (previously Foley’s), JC Penney, and Dillard’s to the impressive list of almost 200 retailers that call the two-story shopping complex home. The Woodlands Mall has sought-after retailers such as The Apple Store, Forever 21, Coach, Banana Republic, Pottery Barn, The Sony Store, Amazon 4-star pop up store, and many more.
Town Center The Woodlands
The Woodlands Town Center is located along the eastern boundary of The Woodlands Township, locally considered the ‘front’ of The Woodlands. The Lake Robbins Bridge connects to both the mall, and The Woodlands Waterway, can be seen from Interstate 45, is directly adjacent to The Woodland Mall.
Town Green Park, is located within the boundary of Town Center, and is a primary location for a number of Township Sponsored events and festivals. Town Green park has direct access to The Woodlands Waterway, and Riva Row Boathouse, where you can rent kayaks and swan boats.
Golf in Panther Creek
The North Course at the Trails in The Woodlands is one of two eighteen hole courses in the Village of Panther Creek. The North Course wraps around Forest Oasis: Lazy River & Waterpark and many restaurants. Designed by Joe Lee and Robert von Hagge, Panther Trail Course at The Golf Trails of The Woodlands measures 7044 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 130 and a 73.6 USGA rating. The Panther Trail Golf course features 4 tee placements for different skill levels. The twenty acre course features numerous water-scenes and Texas wildflowers. The course greens are tifeagle and the fairways are 419 Bermuda.

The Woodlands Sculptures
The Woodlands is home to one of the largest collections of public art in the State of Texas. From mosaics and sculptures to a growing collection of art benches, there are many pieces to view, and enjoy. Make plans to visit the various mosaics, sculptures and a collection of art-benches, to view, enjoy, and of course, have a sit and a selfie!
The Woodlands Public Parks
Public Parks offer a wide variety of outdoor activities. A public park in The Woodlands is a short bike ride, or a nice stroll away along a nearby pathway. Wheel Friendly Parks are located in several villages, and the softer surface of Millbend Linear Loop in Grogan’s Mill Village is favored by joggers.
The Woodlands Public Art Bench Project
The Woodlands Public Art Bench Project allowed local, national, and international artists to add their own flare to Town Center by contributing a custom built bench. The Woodlands Art Council oversees the benches up to installation prior to handing them off to the The Woodlands Township for the foreseeable future of said benches.
