Amenity park, about 4.4 acres, in the park system since 1991.

The pond is the draw, kept for catch-and-release anglers. Away from the water sit a merry-go-round, belt and bucket swings, three separate play areas and a small pavilion for a shaded lunch.

3883 S. Panther Creek Dr.

Village park, about 12.3 acres, in the park system since 1978.

Panther Creek’s first park, with something going on at every turn: Creekwood Pool, five dedicated pickleball courts opened in 2025, lighted tennis and basketball, a skate area and a fishing pond with a pier.

105 S. Mill Trace Dr.

Amenity park, about 1.3 acres, in the park system since 1991.

A small lake set back from the street, where anglers fish catch-and-release from the bank. Benches face the water and there’s a patch of grass for a picnic. With no playground, it stays quiet.

1 1/2 Lehigh Springs Dr.

Neighborhood park, about 2.8 acres, in the park system since 1981.

A quiet neighborhood stop with separate playgrounds for ages 2-5 and 5-12, swings sized for toddlers and bigger kids, and a merry-go-round noted in 2016, all along a short pathway.

The lake is the whole point here: a long, narrow stretch of water lined with trees, a short path along the shore and a quiet spot for an early-morning cast or a slow evening walk.

Easy to miss off Lake Woodlands Drive, but there’s plenty here: lighted tennis courts lined for pickleball, lighted basketball, a big open field, three play areas and a fishing lake with a pier.

Special-use park, about 7.3 acres, in the park system since 1987.

The village’s doorway to Lake Woodlands: launch a kayak or paddleboard for free, watch the rowing club, play lighted sand volleyball or catch a free Concert in the Park on spring and fall Sundays.

3 E. Bigelow Oak Ct.

Neighborhood park, about 1.2 acres, in the park system since 1981.

Tucked in among the houses, this small park has play equipment for ages 2-5 and 5-12. Back in 2016 it also had a teen area with a Jacob’s ladder and a stand-and-spin.

Village park, about 10.8 acres, in the park system since 1981.

A full afternoon in one park: Ridgewood Pool (the “swan pool”), a looped skate path and BMX dirt track, four lighted tennis courts, a GaGa pit and a climbing dome.

A lakeside lookout with a dock, a small pavilion and shoreline fishing. The green dragon in the water is Marc Rosenthal’s Rise of the Midgard Serpent, unveiled in 1985.

Pickup games happen on the basketball half-court, families gather under a small square pavilion, and the playground is split between toddlers and older kids, with swings and a wheel-friendly area for strollers.

A lakeside neighborhood park: fish from the pier, picnic under the small pavilion, fire up a BBQ grill or let the kids loose on the belt swings and play area.

The village’s second-largest park is mostly woods wrapped around a pond, with a fishing pier and a small pavilion. There’s no playground here, just shade and water.
