The Village of College Park The Woodlands Texas

College Park opened in 1995, the sixth of the eight villages in The Woodlands. It’s named for the colleges along College Park Drive: Lone Star College-Montgomery, whose campus opened the same year, and Lone Star College-University Center at 3232 College Park Drive. The village runs along the northern edge of The Woodlands in Montgomery County, near I-45. Its two largest neighborhoods are Windsor Hills and Harper’s Landing, which sits east of the interstate. The Township’s maps divide the village into Windsor Hills, Harper’s Landing and Grogan’s Forest, plus the College Park Trade Center business area. Community Impact counted more than 2,500 residents in 2017.
