Accessible Parking Available

The Woodlands Pavilion strives to create an enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Guests with disabilities who are visiting The Woodlands Pavilion may find the following parking information helpful. Please note, that while we make every effort to accommodate guests with disabilities, designated parking spaces are limited.  Available in the Gold lot, these permit-only parking spaces are first come, first served but, there are several available with an overflow lot which is serviced by a private bus. Reserved seating is available in designated areas for guests who prefer accessible seating.

Gold Lot tickets can be purchased at The Pavilion Box Office, or online through Ticketmaster. The Gold Lot (paid parking) as well as the free handicapped parking (with placard or plates), is accessed from Six Pines Drive, south of Lake Robbins Drive (the street with the suspension bridge). The Gold Lot has a parking garage (potentially very busy) and is the closest parking lot to the pavilion.

All Pavilion Concert tickets may be purchased at The Pavilion Box Office, any Ticketmaster outlet, including Fiesta and select H-E-B locations, by phone through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000, or online at the TicketMaster.com.

On January 1, 2022, Texas Senate Bill 792 will require any vehicle parking in a designated disabled parking space to have a valid disabled parking placard or a license plate with the International Symbol of Access (ISA). Citizens that have Disabled Veteran license plates that do not have the ISA will need to apply for a disabled parking placard or apply for a new DV plate with the ISA. Applications can be submitted at the county tax assessor-collector’s office. Your general medical practitioner can write a prescription for accessible parking permits.

Where can I park for the concert?

Can I pay for parking?

Much of the nearby, “free” parking is not available for those attending events at The Pavilion, such as the surface lots at Market Street and the Market Street parking garage. The Market Street parking area is normally patrolled by security personnel both on foot and in security vehicles; parking violators could be towed. Other nearby areas, such as The Woodlands Mall parking lot as well as the parking garage next to Tinseltown 17, also do not allow for parking at concerts and other events at The Pavilion. The pavilion do not park in areas that are posted as unavailable to attendees of Pavilion events.

For sold out performances, parking is likely to be limited. The free parking lots are connected to The Pavilion via pathways with colored coded signs all leading to the Pavilion. These lighted lots are also patrolled by CWMP personnel, the mounted patrol, as well as by Montgomery County Sheriff Department deputies. It’s a short walk

When it comes to getting to the pavilion from the assorted concert parking areas, the most obvious solution is to walk. Take note of which parking lot you are in – Blue lot, Green lot, Yellow lot, Orange lot, or the pre-paid Gold lot and follow the signs to the pavilion. In recent years, we have seen a few American-Rickshaw type services. The bicycle-taxi drivers appear to be operated (in recent years) by more than once service and we are not aware of the cost for a ride back and forth between the pavilion and the various parking lots or parking garages. Once arrived at the Pavilion Gates, here’s the pavilion seating chart.
