Driving directions
The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sits in Town Center, just west of I-45. It has five free lots and one paid lot, the Gold Lot. The venue points most drivers to free parking at 2203 Timberloch Place, the closest large lot to I-45, so it’s also the first to fill. Lots open 30 minutes before the gates, and gate times change by show, so check your event page before you leave.
From Houston
Take I-45 or the Hardy Toll Road north and exit Woodlands Parkway. Go straight through the light at Six Pines Drive and follow the signs to the next open free lot.
From Conroe
Take I-45 south and exit Research Forest Drive. Turn right on Research Forest, then left on Grogan’s Mill Road. Stay on Grogan’s Mill to Timberloch Place and follow the signs. Timberloch Place leads to the Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue and White lots.
From Magnolia
The most direct routes all end on Woodlands Parkway: FM 2978 to Woodlands Parkway; SH 242 to Gosling Road, then Woodlands Parkway; or over to I-45 and Woodlands Parkway. Shorter routes exist, but they add turns and traffic lights. Once you’re on Woodlands Parkway, head toward Town Center and follow the Pavilion parking signs.
Drop-off and parking
There are five free lots and one paid lot, the Gold Lot. Lot colors, the paid lot and accessible parking are on the Pavilion parking page.
Drop-off and pick-up is at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive. Coming from Houston, stay on Woodlands Parkway past Six Pines, take the Grogans Mill Road exit, turn right on Grogans Mill and right again on Lake Robbins. From Conroe, take Research Forest to Grogan’s Mill and turn left on Lake Robbins.

Pavilion Parking
Five free lots (Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue and White, reached from Timberloch Place) and one paid lot, the Gold Lot. More on Pavilion parking.
Sections & Seating
The Pavilion opened in April 1990 with 3,000 reserved seats and lawn room for 7,000. A 1995 expansion took it to about 13,000, and today it holds about 16,500, with more than 6,000 covered seats since the rebuild after Hurricane Ike in 2008. See the seating chart.
