Avalon Oaks, Cantwell Woods, Dulcimer Woods, Harpers Landing, Mason Heights, Mason Pond, Patina Pines, Prosewood, Tapestry Forest, Tapestry Park, Tiffany Green, Turret Hill, Windsor Hills, Windsor Lakes. College Park incorporates the neighborhoods of Harper’s Landing and Windsor Hills, and boasts a population of more than 3,300 residents living in 1,200 homes. The village of College Park opened up in 2000 and offers a variety of communities. It includes of Grogan’s Forest community, located on Research Forest Drive and Grogan’s Mill Road. Harper’s Landing community is located on the east side of I-45 and SH-242 with easy access to the interstate.

The Woodlands Public Art Bench Project

The Woodlands Public Art Bench Project allowed local, national, and international artists to add their own flare to Town Center by contributing a custom built bench. The Woodlands Art Council oversees the benches up to installation prior to handing them off to the The Woodlands Township for the foreseeable future of said benches.
