College Park incorporates the neighborhoods of Harper's Landing and Windsor Hills, and boasts a population of more than 3,300 residents living in 1,200 homes. The village of College Park opened up in 2000 and offers a variety of communities. It includes of Grogan’s Forest community, located on Research Forest Drive and Grogan’s Mill Road. Harper’s Landing community is located on the east side of I-45 and SH-242 with easy access to the interstate.
