The Village of College Park adds to the diversity of The Woodlands Texas validating the master planned community as a place of higher learning and The Woodlands Hospital District. College Park boasts a population of more than 3,300 residents living in 1,200 homes in the neighborhoods of Grogan's Forest, Windsor Hills, and Harper's Landing.

College Park incorporates the neighborhoods of Harper's Landing and Windsor Hills, and boasts a population of more than 3,300 residents living in 1,200 homes. The village of College Park opened up in 2000 and offers a variety of communities. It includes of Grogan’s Forest community, located on Research Forest Drive and Grogan’s Mill Road. Harper’s Landing community is located on the east side of I-45 and SH-242 with easy access to the interstate.
